Jamal Cornelious

Jamal Cornelious is the CEO and Executive Coach for Mission Defined, LLC. Jamal has over 10 years of leadership development experience, working with high-performing teams and leaders to build culture, nurture talent and tackle their biggest challenges. He specializes in helping leaders leverage their unique strengths to thrive in times of transformation.

Jamal has designed leadership development programs for various industries, including SaaS companies, Financial Services, EdTech, Education, Government, and Nonprofit teams. In addition to his work as an Executive Coach, Jamal leads Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy for a technology company where he bridges the divide between product and customer to bring new products to market.

Jamal holds a B.S. in Business with a Marketing concentration and a M.S. in Public Service Management from DePaul University in Chicago. Jamal is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, certified by the Gallup Organization to help teams and individuals use data to transform.
