Ellie is the Founder & Chief Strategist at Bayleaf Consulting, a strategic consulting agency creating right-sized bite-sized operations solutions for growing companies. She currently serves in a fractional capacity as TechSTL's Director of Systems & Strategy and as an entrepreneurship and student mentor at Washington University, Saint Louis University, and Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.
